Who we are
We are an international investment group managing a diverse portfolio of innovative companies and projects. The most dynamic area of our business is sustainable development, both residential and industrial.
In addition to real estate development, we are also involved in the manufacturing industry, development and production of sustainable materials (mycelium), development of food supplements, law and insolvency.
We own RD Rýmařov, a Central European leader in the production of wooden buildings with an annual turnover exceeding CZK 1.3 billion and a history of more than 50 years. Its products can be found in 15 European markets, where it represents an affordable and environmentally friendly housing option.
We are based in the Czech Republic, but are present in the whole Central Europe and our expansion continues to Western European markets. We are planning further organic growth by acquiring companies that will synergistically complement our portfolio.

By acquiring traditional large companies, we have proven that we can creatively develop their potential and open doors to new business opportunities. At the same time, we support the growth of start-ups. For example, in the Harmonelo company, turnover grew fivefold from CZK 50 million in the first year to CZK 250 million CZK in the second year of its existence.
We support the Green Deal for Europe and all investments must be in line with our comprehensive ESG strategy.

We invest in a CO2 neutral future
(Environmental)
We prepare environmentally friendly and economically affordable housing in wooden buildings from our RD Rýmařov factory. Wood is a sustainable building material that effectively binds CO2 (up to one tonne of 1 m³ ). At the same time, we are dedicated to the development and production of other sustainable materials such as mushroom mycelium.
Protection of the environment is a commitment for us, that’s why we support sustainable forest management, planting of new trees and care for the natural wealth of the forests in the Jeseniky mountains. Our development projects are aiming for the international environmental certification BREEAM.
Our goal is to achieve climate neutrality, and we are already taking the first steps.
We create value for society
(Social)
We are a socially responsible partner. We support projects especially in the areas of Czech culture, education and sports. Through our foundation Progresus SPOLU, we provide financial support to talents and children from socially disadvantaged families. We also finance a number of educational and scientific research programs. We support cultural and social activities in the locations where we operate.
We design our development projects so that they become good places to live. They will include elementary and kindergarten schools, parks, orchards and common gardens, sports grounds or community centers. The projects will suitably complement the existing urban units (municipalities, districts).

JUDr. Lukáš Zrůst, Ph.D., LL.M., MBA, BA (Hons)
Lukáš is an entrepreneur, lawyer and respected expert in business restructuring, financial law and company management. He is also a successful investor. Thanks to his ideas and huge drive, he can value money attractively. He believes that combining education and practice is absolutely key to success.
In 2021, he founded the investment group Progresus Invest Holding, where he put together his business activities. After just a year of operation, Progresus has shown significant success, especially in the area of real estate development, where it is a leader among family housing developers. In addition to the market leader in wooden buildings RD Rýmařov, the group’s portfolio includes companies KONREO, Medi Pharma Vision, Harmonelo and many others.
Lukáš started his career at the Ministry of Justice, where he headed the section of control and European programs as a Chief Executive, and also participated in the creation of legislation. He passed a special insolvency administrator exam and also a bar exam. He managed thousands of insolvency proceedings, led companies with a turnover of over 5 billion CZK and 3,000 employees and successfully completed the restructuring of several large companies.
Lukáš Foral
Lukáš is a successful investor with a wide range of knowledge and experience in the areas of funds, development projects and startups, which he has acquired over more than 16 years. In the last few years, he has gathered and invested over 1 billion CZK. His biggest strength is building relations with investors in EMEA countries.
Lukáš is a co-founder of the Progresus Investment Holding group where he focuses especially on ecological residential development and housing affordability. He has gained a lot of experience mainly in development projects in the UAE, such as The Palm by the company Nakheel United Arab Emirates, which was the second largest developer in Dubai at that time and achieved a net profit of 1 billion USD in a very short time.
He was also a partner in a venture capital company focused on technology startups. Lukáš also lead the supervisory board of the successful investment fund Quant, which was founded by leading Czech economists Aleš Michl and Pavel Kohout.
Daniel Havlík
Daniel has more than 17 years of experience in international trade, especially in running business groups of various subfields. He currently works as the CEO of RDR Invest. He managed to raise investment capital of billions CZK. In the field of power engineering, he has significantly contributed to the acquisition of more than 500,000 new customers.
Bc. David Havlík
David is an experienced expert in the field of business development. He is currently the Director of Business Development at Progresus Invest Holding. He gained extensive experience in the United Kingdom, where he held the position of Global Industries Manager at Grant Thornton International Ltd., a worldwide network of independent audit and consulting firms.
David also worked as a Development Manager at McDermott Will & Emery, a global law firm.
Ing. Petr Heyduk
Petr has extensive experience in financial management. He holds the position of CFO of Progresus Invest Holding. Petr previously worked as an Investment Director of Q2 Pharma, was also a co-owner of the Futurum Brno shopping center and held the position of Board Observer at Runecast Solutions.
Ing. Martin Skalický
Martin has many years of experience with sales and acquisition of large sets of commercial and residential real estate. He is currently the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Progresus Invest Holding. Martin is a member of the international professional association RICS and also works as a professor at the University of Economics in Prague and the Czech Technical University in Prague. He has been active on the Czech real estate market since 1993, when he joined the British consulting company Healey & Baker.
In the past, he has been managing real estate operations for ING Real Estate Investment Asset Management in Poland and was also involved in the development of the real estate fund REICO Česká spořitelna, where he held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO.
Ing. Jiří Buchal
Jiří is an experienced manager focusing on crisis management of manufacturing companies. He is currently the CEO of RD Rýmařov, which belongs to the Progresus Invest Holding group. At the same time, he manages the newly emerging RD Energy division, which focuses on renewable resources. Jiří is also the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Marina Lipno. In the past, he worked as a CFO in the RSJ Group and in various management positions at HSBC and Citibank.
Before embarking on the expansion of RD Rýmařov, the number one on the Czech market of wooden buildings, he worked as the crisis manager of the Crystalite Bohemia glassworks in Světlá nad Sázavou and Květná.
Alexander Molnár
Alexander is an expert in HR and a sought-after coach and mentor with many years of experience. At the moment he is the Chief Operating Officer and HR Director of the Progresus Invest Holding group. He works as a lecturer at Harley-Davidson University and he is also a co-owner and director of DANTEM in Hungary and Slovakia.
In the past he worked as HR and Training Director at McDonald’s Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
Ing. Dana Kryńska
Dana has more than twenty years of experience in Marketing and PR, both in global and local companies with an overlap in other markets. During her whole career, she has been working in the world of investment funds and in the last few years also in the field of real estate. She is currently the head of Marketing & PR in Progresus Invest Holding.
For many years, she worked as a Marketing Director at Pioneer Investments, where she was involved in a successful merger with French company Amundi. Holding the same position, she built the brand Accolade and its industrial real estate fund, which is one of the most successful funds on the market.
Ing. Janka Borončová
Janka is an expert in the field of development. At the moment, she is in charge of the management of upcoming residential projects of the Progresus group. Her goal is to create modern and sustainable housing surrounded by nature, where several generations will live healthily and where people will be able to build relationships.
In the past, Janka worked as a project manager of important transport constructions of the company Prodex. She held the same position at a development and engineering company, where she implemented residential projects throughout the Czech Republic. Subsequently, as Head of Acquisitions, she was responsible for assessing opportunities for real estate development.
Adéla Senetová
Adéla has been involved in the field of event management for many years and therefore has extensive experience in the realization of events of various orientations. Currently, she is the head of the event team of Progresus Invest Holding, which, in addition to organizing social events, also prepares podcasts and webinars focusing on investment and other economic topics.
Adéla gained her experience not only in the Czech Republic, but also on foreign markets (Dubai, Spain), where she organized countless events for important international companies. In the past, she worked in the position of event manager for the XFN MMA League. Its event was the first in history to completely sell out the O2 arena as part of a combat sports gala evening.
Ing. Jan Nový
Honza’s professional career is connected mainly with the management of production plants. He currently holds the position of ESG Director of the Progresus investment group. He is responsible for creating the holding’s ESG strategy and reflecting it in the specific activities of the entire group.
Honza is also the Chairman of the ESG committee, which oversees compliance with all ESG principles and is responsible for reporting on the status of established sustainable business goals. In the past, he held the position of production director of AGC Flat Glass Czech, where he gained valuable experience for implementing the strategy of sustainable and responsible management of large companies.
Bc. Pavel Bříza
Pavel has been in the world of finance for more than 20 years. Now he works in Progresus Group as External Financial Distribution Director. The position is primarily associated with external business processes (distribution, planning, budgeting). His responsibilities also include product and systems development, development of cooperation with investment intermediaries, banks, securities traders, funds and other potential intermediaries or investors.
In the course of his rich career, Pavel has headed AVANT, an investment company, as Commercial Director and was Director of the Department of Strategic Cooperation with Brokers at Kooperativa insurance company. He worked at Česká spořitelna as Director of the Non-Banking Financial Institutions Department.
