About the project

Living by the golf course – a newly designed urban district emerging right next to a popular green just outside Prague. Where life slows down and calms — without sacrificing accessibility or comfort. More than 40% of the area is dedicated to greenery: parks, tree‑lined streets, forests, and natural public spaces. Children can move about safely, neighbours know each other by name, and shared spaces naturally foster a sense of community. Covering an area of 1.2 million m², the location connects seamlessly with both nature and civic amenities. Excellent transport links — D10 and D11 highways, and a direct train to Masaryk Station — ensure that Prague’s city centre is just 26 minutes away. Urban design

The comprehensive design of the residential district was created in collaboration with the Pavel Hnilička Architects+Planners studio. People will find not only a wide range of housing in family and apartment buildings, but also a whole range of functional civic amenities: kindergartens and elementary schools, shops, restaurants, services, playgrounds and sports fields.
