An interview with the founder of the Progresus group, Lukáš Zrůst, was published in MF Dnes Special and at idnes.cz. It is quite usual that we look back at the end of the year, this interview was no exception. Year 2022 was in many ways unforgettable for the Progresus group. In December the group entered the world of logistics real estate together with the German company GARBE. With what visions does Progresus enter the new year 2023?
“Our strategy is primarily to diversify our portfolio,” says Lukáš Zrůst, thus answering the question of why Progresus entered a new real estate field.
“We want industrial to make up more than half of our activities. And because sustainable development is important to us, we want and will bring the best ESG solutions. We see synergies within the entire group, especially with RD Rýmařov,” adds Lukáš.The construction of the logistics center GARBE PARK Chomutov II, which will meet the highest ESG standards and will increase the economic power of the region, will begin in the first months of this year
In 2023, we are also continuing to prepare our sustainable residential projects that will grow in Prague and its surroundings. We are also looking forward to new projects and opportunities in our production plant RD Rýmařov and in other companies of our portfolio. We will fulfill not only good investment scenarios, but also philanthropic ones.
