Bruntálský deník published an article about a found home in our factory RD Rýmařov. Families of our Ukrainian colleagues, who were affected by the war in Ukraine, found a new home in RD Rýmařov. As social responsibility is one of our principles, we did not hesitate and decided to help immediately. We increased accommodation capacities, provided meals for newcomers and offered jobs to those, who wanted to join a nice working team. For example, Ukrainian women who, until recently, worked in a chocolate factory in Kharkov, found a job in RD Rýmařov. They have been warmly welcomed in the team and are currently a respected reinforcement of the entire production team.
The little ones are also in good hands. Nowadays, children of our Ukrainian colleagues are already happily playing around their new homes and finding new friends in the area. In cooperation with the city of Rýmařov, we constantly try to make their free time interesting. The kids are involved in after-school activities, they go to the cinema or on trips with their new classmates. Recently, they also took part in the traditional burning of witches.
In cooperation with the employees of RD Rýmařov, we also announced a material and financial collection for Ukrainian families. We are very happy that we were able to secure a second home and hope for a better future for our Ukrainian colleagues and their families.
