The 5th annual Real Estate Forum conference organized by HAVEL & PARTNERS once again brought together prominent Czech developers, investors, architects and representatives of public administration to discuss current trends in the real estate market and the future of real estate. Martin Skalický, the chairman of our group’s advisory team, also took part in one of the panels.
In the debate on ESG: The Sustainable Future of Real Estate, Martin Skalický focused on the important aspects of sustainability that developers consider in their projects and how difficult it will be to meet the EU’s climate agenda related to zero-emission construction. The conference also resonated with topics related to the new building law, the current position of commercial real estate on the real estate market and the direction real estate is heading in after the covid crisis.
