In the Forbes podcast BrandVoice, Lukáš Zrůst, co-owner of Progresus, together with Ferdinand Hlobil, industrial real estate expert and founder of FH+ real estate, discussed the current market situation and the significant potential of investing in industrial real estate. Among other things, Lukáš Zrůst also outlined the details of the construction of an industrial hall in Klášterec nad Ohří, which we are involved in with Garbe Real Estate CEE, as well as other plans for the future.
The industrial real estate market is literally breaking records. “The sector has seen virtually no downturn in the last twenty years and has been growing almost continuously,” says Ferdinand Hlobil right at the start. In the Czech Republic, only one percent of the current 11 million square metres of space is vacant and demand from tenants is still rising. “You have a record number of tenants who want to rent some space. And what you build, the market absorbs almost immediately,” adds Lukáš Zrůst.
Our first project is the construction of a logistics centre in Klášterec nad Ohří, which we are involved in with Garbe Real Estate CEE. In the podcast, Lukáš Zrůst reveals more about our long-term cooperation with this renowned German player in the industrial hall market, our other strategic plans and how investors can participate in sustainable projects.
What factors are influencing the growth of the industrial real estate market? How is financing taking place? And what helps eliminate risk? The podcast reveals much more. Listen to it in Czech full here.
