The industrial real estate market is literally breaking records. “The sector has seen virtually no downturn in the last twenty years and has been growing almost continuously,” says Ferdinand Hlobil right at the start. In the Czech Republic, only one percent of the current 11 million square metres of space is vacant and demand from tenants is still rising. “You have a record number of tenants who want to rent some space. And what you build, the market absorbs almost immediately,” adds Lukáš Zrůst.
