Lukáš Zrůst, co-owner of Progresus Group, in an interview for Premium Brno magazine revealed not only how RD Rýmařov fared in 2022, but also other details of our entry into the industrial real estate market.
Last year was not only economically challenging in the construction industry. This was due to the prices of building materials and energy. “Thanks to the capable management and the interest of our excellent customers, we managed to overcome these problems,” says Lukáš Zrůst, describing the year 2022. He assesses it as a very successful year despite the unfavourable situation. RD Rýmařov grew not only in the number of wooden buildings produced, but also in turnover. The goal for the next few years is to increase the share of residential buildings made of wood and to implement wood more in commercial real estate.
The interview also offers details regarding the current construction of an industrial hall in Klášterec nad Ohří, in which the Progresus Group is involved in cooperation with GARBE Industrial Real Estate. The modern logistics centre near the German border will meet the highest ESG standards for sustainable industrial real estate construction according to BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. “I can already reveal that we have 70 percent of the space leased. We are currently negotiating the lease of the remaining hall capacity and I believe we will have clarity within a few weeks,” revealed Lukáš Zrůst.
