What could the next step to take fashion to a sustainable and innovative level look like? This is exactly what the talented fashion designer Boris Hanečka showed during the Karlovy Vary Film Festival, trying out the creative possibilities of Mykilio’s mushroom mycelium from our portfolio and creating a unique collection of models from it.

The innovative “mushroom leather”, which represents a sustainable and ethical alternative to traditional leather, also caught the attention of the editors of Forbes magazine, who wrote about it in a new article.
