About the project

The new Garbe Progresus Park Brno Jih industrial zone will offer tenants two halls with a total leasable area of over 32,000 m2, which are targeting BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The development project stands out not only for its emphasis on environmental and economic sustainability, but also for its strategic location 28 km from the South Moravian metropolis with an international airport and immediate connection to the D52 motorway.
