We are an investment group operating in the field of residential and industrial development. We build and acquire industrial halls and design urbanistically well‑thought‑out residential districts — all with a focus on economic and environmental sustainability. We also manage a portfolio of successful manufacturing companies with a long‑standing tradition and develop new materials with the potential to reduce the carbon footprint in the construction industry.

Our story

Experience with the restructuring of major Czech companies and investing brought together the founders of the Progresus Group, Lukáš Zrůst and Lukáš Foral, in 2020 during the acquisition of RD Rýmařov, the Czech leader in timber construction. Lukáš Zrůst discovered his passion for timber buildings by chance — he was impressed by the speed, efficiency, and sustainability during the construction of his own home. The acquisition of the manufacturing company laid the foundation for the creation of the Progresus Group and the launch of a bond program in 2021. In the following years, the group began to establish itself in real estate development, placing emphasis on long‑term economic and environmental sustainability. In 2024, it expanded its portfolio by acquiring Seves Glass Block, the world’s largest producer of glass blocks, and the Czech branch of Haas Fertigbau, a German supplier of premium family houses and building components. A year later, the group concluded this investment with the successful sale of Seves Glass Block to Sediver, part of the Blackstone group, confirming its ability to strategically develop and appreciate its projects.
