About Progresus Group

We are an investment group operating in industrial and residential development. We build and acquire industrial buildings and prepare urbanistically thought‑out residential neighbourhoods, all with economic and environmental sustainability in mind. We also focus on the development of our own timber construction plant and develop new materials with the potential to reduce the carbon footprint of the construction industry.

Our story

Experience in reorganizing the largest Czech companies and investing brought together Lukáš Zrůst and Lukáš Foral, founders of Progresus Group, in 2020 during the acquisition of RD Rýmařov, the leading Czech manufacturer of wooden buildings. Lukáš Zrůst’s enthusiasm for wooden buildings came about by chance: he was impressed by the speed, economy and cost‑effectiveness of building his own house. The acquisition of the manufacturing company subsequently led to the formation of Progresus Group and the launch of a bond programme in 2021. A year later, the Group began to assert itself in the real estate development sector, emphasizing long‑term economic and environmental sustainability.
